SeshDash runs kitesurf, surf, dive, ski, bike and climbing schools from one system: online bookings,
gear tracking, instructor planning, client files, payments and reports. It keeps working offline
and syncs when you are back online.
What SeshDash does
- Gear management — every kite, board, bike or ski tracked by size and condition, linked to services so it cannot be double-booked.
- Client files — skill progression, session history, payments, open balance and digitally signed waivers.
- Instructor planning — drag-and-drop timelines, availability and time off, hours, commissions and payouts.
- Online booking — an embeddable booking widget in five languages, with deposits or full payment via Stripe, Mollie or PayPal.
- Reports — turnover, cashflow, costs per ledger, gear utilisation and client insights.
- Partner portal — hotels and agencies book for you, with commission tracked automatically.
